What are PDO Threads?
PDO threads are another method of tightening and thickening the skin. Made from the same material as dissolvable stitches, Polydioxanone. PDO Threads are inserted into the sub dermal level, in a mesh-like pattern, to promote the creation of new collagen. The threads activate collagen synthesis which produces a gradual skin thickening, skin tightening and rejuvenation effect. The threads become a support structure that allows collagen production to increase. PDO threads can be used all over the face, neck and décolletage. They are great for crepy skin, fine lines and wrinkles, loss of collagen, and lifting or tightening.

It depends on what area you are wanting/ needing done. But price ranges from $450 to $1600. It is best to book your complimentary consultation to throughly go through areas and expectations with your nurse.
Results may be seen in 6 weeks and will continue to improve over 2 to 6 months. While the threads slowly dissolve, their effects may last up to 12 months.
We book you in for a 1 hour appointment. This includes consultation, numbing cream and treatment.
We use a very strong numbing cream so pain is kept to a minimum for our clients. There can be slight discomfort in some areas though and is typically compared to the feeling of acupuncture.
Important Information
Please stop taking any blood thinning medication such as fish oils, Aspirin, Nurofen, Ibuprofen or other anti- inflammatory medication which could increase the risk of excessive bleeding and bruising 2 days before treatment.
Do not have any facial treatments, rub, lean on or massage the treated area for 3-5 days post injectables. You may cleanse gently, though no harsh scrubs. Avoid lying down for 4 hours post injectables. Do not partake in strenuous exercise or heat inducing activities on the day post injectables treatment. Results may take 1-14 days to take effect. Refresh appointments should be scheduled every 3-4 months.
